Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their purchase, which are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and chosen carrier services. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your items reach you in excellent condition and within our stated timeframes.
Custom Order Production
We take great pride in our craftsmanship for custom projects. The production timeline for all custom orders begins on the next business day following the finalization and approval of your designs. Once production has commenced, please allow up to 7 business days for your unique items to be completed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a notification including tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. This structured process ensures that every custom piece meets our high standards before it reaches your door.
Domestic Shipping Coverage
Our shipping network covers all fifty states and U.S. territories via standard delivery methods. All freight fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer international shipping at this time to maintain service quality.
