At TRILOGOS WORKS, every item is custom created through 3D printing. As a result, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds. Because of the nature of additive manufacturing, minor surface variations and small cosmetic differences are inherent characteristics of the process and are not considered defects. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing, as these unique traits are part of the charm of a 3D printed piece and do not qualify for a return or store credit under our standard policy.
Our Satisfaction Promise
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value our customers and want you to be happy with your new item. If you receive a product that was severely damaged during shipping or if you are extremely unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out to us immediately. In these specific, extreme cases, TRILOGOS WORKS reserves the right to grant a refund or replacement at our sole discretion. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution while maintaining the integrity of our small business.
Variations and Defect Guidelines
Please note that 3D printing involves layer-by-layer construction which may result in tiny visible lines or slight color shifts. These normal occurrences are not grounds for a refund, as they do not affect the utility of the item.
